Ayeyarwaddy Dolphin Tours with visit to the Fishermen’s village
Day 01: Mandalay – Mingun – the village
Check out from your Mandalay Hotel after breakfast for the Ayeyarwaddy Dolphin expedition.
You will be transferred to the jetty for the boat trip to the village of the fishermen who work together with the dolphin for the fishing. You can also visit the ancient big Pagoda of Mingun and the world largest functioning Bell at Mingun on the way.
When arrive at the fishermen village, you will be enjoying the way of life of the villager’s simple life. Your guide will accompany you to visit the friendly villagers’ home if you wish to.
Overnight at village monestary.
Day 02: Dolphin Watching
Today, you will be waking up very early to go together with the fishermen for the fising with their friends, Dolphins.
You will be in a fisherman´s canoe to see closer the Ayeyarwaddy Dolphins and observe the unique culture of relation between Ayeyawaddy dolphins with the co-operative fishermen. Also enjoy the ways of life of local people.
In the afternoon, back to Mandalay enjoying the fantastic view of Ayeyawaddy River. Arrival at Mandalay and transfer to your hotel.
Package price for the Ayeyarwaddy Dolphin Watching tours is Euro 355 per person (Minimum 2 person and Maximum 4 person).

Western Hoolock Gibbon and Brow-antlered Deers Tours

Day 1. Bagan – Shwesettaw.
After breakfast at your Bagan Hotel, you will be checking out for your trip to Shwe Sat Taw. (About 4-5 hours drive) Shwe Sat Taw is a famous local pagoda festival (from Febrauary to April only). Shwe Set Taw is a Buddhist site with two pagodas, each of which has a Buddha footprint. The pagodas are on either bank of the Man river approximately 50 miles west of Magwe. Between February and Thingyan it attracts visitors from all over the country. A temporary village with restaurants and a market is set up on the dry parts of the river bed.
Overnight at Shwesettaw. (Very very basic facilities)
Day 2. Fullday exploration around Shwesettaw Wildlife Sanctuary to see Brow-antlered Deers and other fauna.
Today, you will be going to the Shwe Set Taw Wild life Snactuary to see Brow-antlered Deers and other fauna.
Overnight at Shwe Set Taw. (Very very basic facilities)
Day 3. Drive Shwesettaw to Padein (Padan Village)
Morning drive from Shwe Set Taw to Padan Village and explore around Natyekan Mountain for the Western Hoolock Gibbon.

Day 4. Western Hoolock Gibbon finding
In the morning set out to look for Western Hoolock Gibbon around the area. In the afternoon, drive back to Magwe.
Overnight in Magwe.
Day 5. Drive back to Bagan (4 hours drive)
Other Possible extensions : go to Mandalay (5 Hours drive) for the Ayeyarwaddy Dolphin tours or Drive to Kampetlet for the Bird Watching tours (5 Hours drive).
